1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the User", "the Player", or "you") and Emas44 (hereinafter "the Company", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://emas44.cam (hereinafter "the Website" or "the Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using the emas44 Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which forms an integral part of your agreement with emas44.

These Terms are written in English and are intended to serve players accessing the Platform from Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. Where Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) figures are referenced, they are indicative and subject to prevailing exchange rates where applicable.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the emas44 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Emas44 strictly prohibits access to the Platform by individuals below this age. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of gambling in your jurisdiction before accessing the Platform.
• You are acting as a private individual and not as a representative of any commercial or professional gambling entity.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of emas44 or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or technology partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed by emas44 for violations of these Terms.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration & Security

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Emas44 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all information provided during and after registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your login credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify emas44 immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Emas44 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Company was not notified in a timely manner.

Emas44 may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC) at the time of registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any time thereafter. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued identification document (e.g., MyKad for Malaysian residents), proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension or withdrawal holds.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the emas44 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. The Platform supports a range of deposit and withdrawal channels available to Malaysian players, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and select cryptocurrency options (USDT, BTC, ETH).

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 3 to 15 minutes for approved methods. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is required or where the Company's fraud prevention procedures are engaged. Emas44 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or incomplete identity verification.

Withdrawal Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement. Emas44 may request that a Player withdraw to an alternative verified method where the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawals.

Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. Emas44 does not impose internal transaction fees on standard MYR deposits or withdrawals, though this may be subject to change with appropriate notice.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Emas44 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms detailed in the relevant promotion, as well as the following general conditions:

• One Bonus Per Person: Each promotion is limited to one redemption per individual Player, household, shared IP address, and/or shared device.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated as "no-wagering", all bonuses are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. For example, a bonus carrying a 10x wagering requirement on a MYR 100 bonus requires a total of MYR 1,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum single-round or single-game bet that may be placed using bonus funds is RM 500 unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet. Table games, live casino games, and certain other categories may contribute a lower percentage (commonly 10–20%). The specific contribution rates applicable to each promotion are set out in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses are subject to an expiry period from the date of activation, typically 7, 14, or 30 days as specified in the promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within this period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the Account.
• Sticky vs. Non-Sticky Bonuses: Where a bonus is designated as "sticky", the bonus funds themselves cannot be withdrawn; only net winnings derived from the use of sticky bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal. Non-sticky bonuses may be separated from the real money balance upon fulfilment of wagering requirements.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some bonuses carry a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings derived from that bonus. This limit, where applicable, is specified in the individual promotion terms.

Emas44 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. The Company shall have the final discretion in determining whether a Player has complied with bonus terms, and its decision shall be binding.

7 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the emas44 Platform are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player after confirmation, except where the Platform's specific game rules provide for such cancellation. Emas44 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bet was placed in error, based on corrupted data, or in circumstances where a technical malfunction affected game outcome.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official results issued by the relevant governing body. Emas44 follows the rules of the applicable sport as recognised by the sport's primary international or national federation. For Malaysian league events (Liga Super Malaysia, FAM Cup), results are taken from the Football Association of Malaysia's official records. For EPL and European competitions, UEFA and FA official results apply.

Palpable Errors: Where a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous (e.g., due to a pricing feed error or data fault), Emas44 reserves the right to void such bets and refund the stake to the Player's Account. The Company shall have sole discretion in determining whether an error is "palpable" within the meaning of this clause.

Game Fairness: All slot, table, and live dealer games offered on the emas44 Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable, or stream live from professionally operated studios under regulated conditions. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over extended play periods and are not guaranteed outcomes for any individual session.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the emas44 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of Balance:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a non-manual manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Coordinating bets with other Players to guarantee outcomes or circumvent bonus restrictions (collusion).
• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person to circumvent the one-Account-per-person policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC processes.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or using the Platform to launder money in any form.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing emas44 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly illegal, including by use of a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic bonus abuse strategies designed to exploit emas44's promotional offers without genuine play intent.

Where emas44 determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, the Company may, in addition to Account closure, withhold and void any winnings derived from such conduct, report the matter to relevant authorities, and pursue any legal remedies available under applicable law.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the emas44 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface designs, software code, trademarks, and service marks, is the exclusive property of Emas44 or its licensed content partners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any intellectual property owned by or licensed to Emas44.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Emas44. Unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Emas44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from: system downtime or technical outages; interruptions to internet connectivity; delays in payment processing; reliance on inaccurate odds or game data; or any act or omission of a third-party payment provider.

Emas44's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the relevant claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Emas44 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or its content.

11 Responsible Gambling

Emas44 is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be viewed as a source of income, a method of recovering financial losses, or a solution to personal difficulties.

Age Restriction: The emas44 Platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and above. Access by minors is prohibited. Emas44 employs age verification measures and may request proof of age at any time.

Player Protection Tools: Registered Players may access the following responsible gambling tools via their Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount deposited into your Account.
• Wagering Limits — Limit the total amount wagered within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive automatic notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

12 Privacy & Data

Emas44 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Emas44 uses industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect personal and financial data. However, the Company cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet and accepts no liability for breaches that result from factors beyond its reasonable control.

Emas44 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification services, fraud prevention providers) strictly for the purpose of operating the Platform and fulfilling regulatory obligations.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

Emas44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements that necessitate Account restriction.
• Extended Account inactivity (generally defined as no login activity for 12 consecutive months).

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their last verified withdrawal method. Where termination arises from a breach, emas44 may withhold funds pending investigation and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is established, may permanently forfeit such funds.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account should contact the emas44 support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Account closure does not cancel any pending bets that were placed before the closure request.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from or related to your use of the emas44 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication with the emas44 customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, either party may seek resolution through the applicable legal process. Emas44's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and Account standing shall be final and binding, subject only to applicable consumer protection legislation.

To initiate a formal dispute, Players should submit a written complaint to [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, relevant Account details, and any supporting documentation. Emas44 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 72 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 business days.

15 Amendments to These Terms

Emas44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, the Company will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification. Non-material changes (including typographical corrections, clarifications, or restructuring that does not alter the substantive rights or obligations of either party) may be made without advance notice.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the emas44 Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.
